- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Incompetent employee cost my family and i dearly. Employee entered the wrong routing number for my bank and screwed up the whole return process. They completely refused to take responsibility. Owner (Shawn) says "Human error, this happens a couple times a year with my company... Not a big deal... Humans make mistakes" huh... It is a big deal. What if you desperately needed that money? Their little mistake was devistating for my family! I do not recommend doing business with these subhumans. They refuse to take responsibility. Dealing with H&R Block corporate is almost as bad. Absolutely terrible business. Did you know if your income tax return check is lost in the mail, you have to wait 90 days before they issue another check? Terrible Business. You've been warned!By david drake, September 07, 2017
